HMI600

The HMI600 has been designed to offer a solution for simple and extremely reliable visualisation whilst conserving the characteristics of openness and flexibility of PC based systems.
Robust and functional chassis with an aluminium front panel that gives it a refined and "essential" look, HMI 600 offers complete software functioning guaranteed by Premium HMI Plus, developed in collaboration with PROGEA to satisfy every visualisation requirement in a rapid and flexible manner.
Integrated WEB server, datalogger on DB XML and ADOCE support (SQL Server for Windows CE), projects CFR21 Part 11 validity, simple connectivity and data exchange between devices connected in Ethernet, high level vector graphics, historic and dynamic trend, as well as a vast range of commuication drivers with the most important PLC, inverter and thermoregulators are just some of the standard main features of the product.

Equipped with a Microsoft Windows CE® 6,0 operating system, HMI600 presents SCADA system level software potential with top range graphics that ensure optimal visualisation of the data.
Furthermore, HMI 600 utilises the same software platform that is used in the PC environment: this means that the same project can be carried out without modification on any ASEM IPC equipped with Premium HMI or Premium HMI Plus and Windows XP or XP Embedded operating system.

Furthermore, there is the possibility to pass to a SCADA system (Movicom) without having to modify the project and learn to use another development environment.

Although the HMI600 is an operator panel, it is amongst the most open and flexible available on the market: one Ethernet 10/100 Mbps slot, one RS-232 serial port, one RS-232/422/485 multistandard serial port, three 2.0 USB ports (one of which is accessible from the front ). Furthermore, it is possible to request an Ethernet WIFI 802.11b/g/n network.

The base RAM memory which is necessary for the operating system and for saving the projects is of 256MB, to which a 256 MB compact flash expandable in the sizes 512 MB or 1 GB (via external access) is added.

The ASEM operator panel includes a display with SVGA 800X600 pixel TFT at 256K colors resolution in display sizes of 8.4” and 12.1” which guarantee clear and defined visualisation of the images and data. Even the 6.5” TFT colour display offers VGA quality images at 256K colours allow high definition and quality of the images even for compact size versions of displays.
