OT1000
OT1000 is the innovative industrial PC developed by ASEM to ensure reliability and performances without compromise also in very harsh environments, thanks to its Embedded, Fanless and Diskless philosophy. OT1000 aluminum front panel guarantee a frontal protection grade IP65 and can be ordered with 8.4", 10.4", 12.1" and 15" LCD display. A complete set of interfaces is available for data exchange.
OT1000 family is available with 5-wire analog resistive touch screen. Touch screen controller is integrated on-board. On the front of the OT1000 are 4 function keys, software-programmable and aesthetically customisable thanks to a extractable labels. A USB interface, standard 2.0, protected by a rubber cap (IP65) is available on front panel.
OT1000 is Embedded: based on "All-In-One" ASEM 851 motherboard, integrates, besides the functionalities of the PC, the 24V/DC power supply unit, can embed an uninerruptible power supply module (UPS), a digital I/O module and an expansion bus PC/104, PC/104+ or PCI. Two Compact Flash slots are available and a non-volatile RAM (NOVRAM) socket.
OT1000 is Fanless: does not have internal cooling fans, thanks to the adoption of low power processors, that always links togheter excellent performances with very low power consumption (less than 8W). The absence of internal cables helps moreover the internal ventilation.
OT1000 is Diskless: can work without traditional hard disks thanks to its Compact Flash cards; two slots are available, integrated on its motherboard, one of them external accessible. Furthermore, OT1000 can use non-volatile RAM (NOVRAM). OT1000 uses embedded operating systems, fully customisable according to specific application needs.
