OT600
The new OT600 becomes a benchmark in his category, thanks to its extra-small size and to its philosofy, thought to offer in a single system the tools for total plant control. OT600 is an industrial PC for panel installation with aluminum front frame rated IP65. Its processor is the AMD Geode LX800 @ 500 MHz.
OT600 can be ordered with 6,5”, 8,4” and 12,1” LCD, with 4 or 5 wires resistive touch-screen con touch-screen. OT600 stands out for its extremely reduced size. Rear deepness is just 61 mm. On OT600 front panel there’s a USB 2.0 port, protected by a rubber cap (IP65).
ASEM experience and competence in developing electronic cards are quite evident in “All-in-one” ASEM 831 motherboard; extremely small, it integrates the 8÷36 V/DC power supply, the touch-screen controller, up to two Compact Flash slots, two mini-PCI slots, a complete set of communication interfaces. The microprocessor, without fan thanks to its very low power consumption (less than 4 W) is the AMD Geode LX800 @ 500 MHz, with 128 MB of level II cache and 400 MHz of Front Side Bus. RAM, type DDR @ 400 MHz, can be up to 1 GB, while video memory ranges from 2 to 128 MB and is selectable in system setup.
OT600
offers solution for totally controlling the plant; optionally are available
the fieldbus module NETcore® X, Premium HMI supervisory system software
and the CODESYS soft-PLC/soft-motion (supported protocols EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP,
Powerlink, Profinet RT, SERCOS-III, master or slave).
Besides the standard communication ports (one Ethernet 10/100 Mbps, one
serial RS-232, one serial RS-232/422/485, two rear USB ports and one on
the front), on OT600 is available also the WLAN 802.11b/g/n.
Thanks to embedded operating systems (Windows XP Embedded and Windows CE), OT600 uses solid state memories only, much more reliable than traditional hard disks. On OT600 it is possible to get up to two Compact Flash slots; in fact, optionally is available the second slot, with internal access.
